一、概述
本試驗機采用計算機控制，通過人機對話方式，完成對絕緣介質材料的工頻電壓擊穿，工頻耐壓試驗。適用于對固體絕緣材料(如：絕緣漆、樹脂和膠、浸漬纖維制品、層壓制品、云母及其制品、塑料、薄膜復合制品、陶瓷和玻璃等)在工頻電壓下擊穿電壓，擊穿強度和耐電壓的測試。儀器對實驗過程中的各種數據快速、準確地進行采集、處理、存取、顯示、打印。
二、技術指標：
輸入電壓： AC 220 V
輸出電壓：AC 0--50 kV ;
DC 0--30 kV
電器容量： 5 KVA
高壓分級： 0--5kV； 0-10kV；
0--20kV；0--30kV；0--40kV；0--50kV；
擊穿電壓： 0-50kV
擊穿電壓升壓速率共分七級（可選定）：

三、安全說明：
試驗在較高電壓下進行，所以我們在設計時加以必要的保護措施以防止發生意外。
1．試驗在試驗箱中進行，試樣可放在空氣中或變壓器油中。50KV電壓頭安全放電距離對四周均小于200mm，試驗時即使觸到箱壁也不會發生危險。
2．升壓變壓器高壓側尾端及儀器外殼是連接在一起的，即儀器外殼與該地點的地是等電位。
3．電路保護：儀器設有過流保護、過壓保護、失壓保護、短路保護、漏電保護電路等。
四、整機組成：
1、升壓部件：由調壓器和高壓變壓器組成0～50KV的升壓部分。
2、動部件：由步進電機均勻調節調壓器使加給高壓變壓器的電壓變化。
3、檢測部件：由集成電路組成的測量電路。通過信號線把檢測的模擬信號和開關信號傳給計算機。
4、計算機軟件：通過智能電路把由檢測設備采集的測控信號傳給計算機。計算機根據采集的信息控制設備運行并處理試驗結果。
5、試驗電極：根據國家標準(1408.1-2006)隨設備提供三個電極，具體規格為：Ф25mm×25mm兩個；Ф75mm×25mm一個。

三、安全說明：
