MicroRotofor 微型電泳槽是一種制備型等電聚焦（IEF）儀，它可以將溶液中的復(fù)雜蛋白樣品按等電點(diǎn)不同分開(kāi)。無(wú)論是單獨(dú)使用還是做為完整蛋白純化流程的一部分，MicroRotofor微型電泳槽都可以簡(jiǎn)單、快速、有效地將蛋白從復(fù)雜的蛋白混和物中分離和富集出來(lái)。使用MicroRotofor 微型電泳槽，等電聚焦（IEF）是在可自由流動(dòng)的溶液中進(jìn)行的。因此，每一個(gè)組分都可以非常容易地收集得到，甚至可將某些組分再進(jìn)行分離。液相IEF對(duì)于分離那些在凝膠IEF介質(zhì)中易于沉淀或分離不好的蛋白更有效。而且，在溶液中進(jìn)行IEF能夠讓蛋白保持其天然等電點(diǎn)（pI）。zui后，因?yàn)?SPAN lang=EN-US>IEF的pH梯度是通過(guò)載體兩性電解質(zhì)產(chǎn)生的，所以用戶可以隨心所欲地造成任意連續(xù)的pH梯度，從而真正通過(guò)pI值篩選蛋白樣品。
