_{一、real time PCR Premix系列：real time PCR Premix 有染料系列和探針系列，針對不同的儀器，有相適應的real time PCR Premix 試劑盒。探針法premix試劑盒分為定量試劑盒和多重熒光PCR兩種，能適應您的不同需要。}

二、PCR Array系列產品：

冠泰生物 qPCR Array專為檢測不同組織或細胞中特定基因的表達量而設計，這些基因按照預制或定制要求成套設置。檢測結果所顯示的表達差異可幫助研究者鑒定或驗證這些基因的生物學意義，以及與其研究的重要相關性。

對于目錄(預制)產 品，每塊384孔板包含84對PCR引物，可以進行4個樣本單孔或者兩個樣本雙復的實驗。這些引物全部經過預先驗證，并包被于*的板 孔中。在同一塊96孔板上，有12個(384孔板有48個)反應孔包被了不同類型的對照，用以檢測從反轉錄到qPCR整個過程的反應效率。

逆轉錄試劑和以熒光染料SYBR?Green 為基礎的定量檢測試劑作為被*的RT-qPCR試劑產品可與qPCR Array配套使用。該系列試劑均經過優化，具有高的靈敏度、效率和特異性。
