插頭引線彎折試驗機 PLUG BENDING TESTER
UL817、CSA22.2、IEC884-1、CCC、GB2099.1、VDE、SAA
線材彎折試驗機又名線材搖擺試驗機，專門應于于測試插頭引出線及電線之耐折強度。測試方法是將試樣固定在夾具上，并加一定荷重，試驗時夾具左右擺動，經一定次數后檢視其斷線率，或至全部斷線無法通電時查看其總計擺動次數。本機能自動計數，試樣彎折至斷線無法通電時，并能自動停止操作。
This tester is specialized in testing the flexing endurance between power cord and blades，and is capable of testing the flexibility resistance of the cord itself.Samples are to be secured in the jaws of the flexing apparatus，and cord is to hang vertically with the weight tied on the lower end of it。The rotating jaws are to be adjusted to rotate to the angle of 90 degree to each side of the centered position。After a certain cycles is reached or until specimen is broken，detect the breakage ratio or calcuate the total cycles.This machine is able to auto-count and auto-stop during specimen broken。
