When a system is initially installed it is recommended that it be equalized at a voltage of 2.4 volts per cell average for 12 to 24 hours. This practice will assure the system is fully charged and also aid in minimizing the on charge voltage differences between units in the same series string. Otherwise, equalization should not be required.

(1)柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組應(yīng)裝置在通風(fēng)良好、環(huán)境清潔，并靠近主要用電設(shè)備及配電室的機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)。機(jī)房應(yīng)設(shè)置排風(fēng)設(shè)備。排氣管外表應(yīng)包扎隔熱資料，以減少室內(nèi)散熱閉式柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組的機(jī)房普通不需求強(qiáng)迫通風(fēng)，可經(jīng)過(guò)機(jī)組所帶風(fēng)扇向室外排風(fēng)，促使機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)空氣對(duì)流。開(kāi)式柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組的機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)，必要時(shí)可設(shè)置風(fēng)機(jī)強(qiáng)迫通風(fēng)。在遠(yuǎn)離機(jī)組的*，用風(fēng)機(jī)和大管徑進(jìn)風(fēng)管，將室外空氣引入機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)。進(jìn)氣管的出氣口應(yīng)盡量低些，使引入的空氣能擦過(guò)發(fā)電機(jī)的散熱部位。排風(fēng)扇應(yīng)裝在內(nèi)較高位置處，使高溫上升氣流及時(shí)排出室外。

 (2)機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)不允許放置能產(chǎn)生酸、堿等腐蝕性氣體的物品。

 (3)應(yīng)設(shè)置排氣引管將柴油機(jī)排出的廢氣引至室外。

 (4)應(yīng)設(shè)置足夠容積的燃油箱，油箱出口位置應(yīng)高于柴油機(jī)氣缸頂端。

 (5)柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組之間裝置間距應(yīng)小于0.8m，四周2m內(nèi)不要裝置其他設(shè)備或堆放雜物
