ExpressPlus? 預(yù)制膠是Express 預(yù)制膠的升級(jí)版，它的電泳時(shí)間更短、上樣量更大、轉(zhuǎn)印效率更高，zui重要的是，它具有更高的性價(jià)比。 該預(yù)制膠于pH6.4的弱酸性條件下灌注，能夠更好地減少聚丙烯酰胺的降解，提高凝膠穩(wěn)定性和分辨率。
ExpressPlus?預(yù)制膠提供不同濃度的梯度膠和固定濃度膠。梯度膠的濃度包括4-20%、4-12%和8-16% ；固定濃度膠包括8%、10%和12%。每種濃度的預(yù)制膠都有10孔、12孔和15孔三種規(guī)格。膠板尺寸：長(zhǎng)×寬×厚為100×85.4×4.7 mm；凝膠尺寸：長(zhǎng)×寬×厚為80×70×1 mm。

注意事項(xiàng): ExpressPlus? PAGE Gels適合在1x Bis-Tris buffer (pH 6.8)中電泳。為了得到的結(jié)果，請(qǐng)配套使用電泳緩沖液（產(chǎn)品編號(hào)M00138）。電泳結(jié)束后，配套使用電轉(zhuǎn)緩沖液（產(chǎn)品編號(hào)M00139）來(lái)轉(zhuǎn)印蛋白。另外，配置緩沖液時(shí)請(qǐng)參考相應(yīng)的說(shuō)明書(shū)。
