【instructions】The protein encoded by this gene is a leucine-rich repeat-containing receptor (LGR) and member of the G protein-coupled, 7-transmembrane receptor (GPCR) superfamily. The encoded protein is a receptor for R-spondins and is involved in the canonical Wnt signaling pathway. This protein plays a role in the formation and maintenance of adult intestinal stem cells during postembryonic development. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

抗體的保存建議：

1.拿到抗體后請在1000-3000轉離心1-2分鐘后再打開管蓋進行分裝和保存?。ㄓ捎谶\輸過程中反復顛簸，管內微量抗體容易聚集在管蓋處，一旦直接打開容易流失抗體。

2.分裝可以較大程度降低反復凍融對抗體活性的損害，分裝的量以一次實驗用完為好，但建議最少不要少于10μL每份。

3.大部分抗體收到后4℃短暫保存1-2周對抗體活性是基本沒有影響的。如果抗體很快（1-2周內）就能使用完，推薦在4℃保存，避免反復凍融對抗體活性的損害。如果要長期保存則分裝后-20℃保存。
